Founded in 2023, Le Soleil was born from a love of French gastronomy. Our head chef, Pierre Laurent, trained in Lyon and Paris, envisioned a restaurant that brings the warmth of French hospitality to every table. Inspired by the bistros of Provence and the fine dining of Paris, Le Soleil offers a harmonious blend of rustic and refined flavors.
